The Town of East Haven participates in in the South Central Regional Council of Governments (SCROG) and is part of a Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan that is due for its 5-year update and include public input in the form of a survey to help us gauge our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with regard to hazard mitigation.
